PAPERFORMANCE sessions (2015/6)

This series of performance sessions curated by Joanna Hutton, 2015/6 Associate Fellow, take place directly within the paper studio, in a temporary space created by pushing back items of the studio equipment, and are performed in the presence of a live audience.

The performances are drawn together through the use of paper in some form selected by the artists because of its relevance to their practice.

Bringing together students and staff from both Northumbria fine art and performing arts disciplines, these performance sessions encourage cross-disciplinary working and so allow the development of further opportunities across the faculty.
